6 ステップで Arc ブラウザを中国語に設定
Arc is built on Chromium, so the language path is the same as Chrome. Follow these steps to add Chinese and move it to the top.
Open Arc settings
Open a new tab, type arc://settings in the address bar, and press Enter.
Go to Languages
Click Languages in the left sidebar. You can also go directly to arc://settings/languages.
Add Chinese
Under Preferred languages, click Add languages, then choose 中文（简体） or 中文（繁體）.
Move Chinese to the top
Drag Chinese to the top of the list, or use the ⋮ menu to set it as the first preferred language.
Display Arc in this language
If you see the option, click the ⋮ menu next to Chinese and choose Display Arc in this language. Availability varies by version.
Restart Arc
Fully quit Arc (Cmd+Q on Mac, or close from the system tray on Windows) and reopen it.
Shortcut: you can jump directly to arc://settings/languages from the address bar.

What Arc Chinese settings can and cannot do
“Arc already has a full Chinese interface.”
Arc for Desktop is only officially available in English. The language setting mainly influences how websites are displayed, not the browser UI.
“Changing ArcGIS language will switch Arc browser.”
ArcGIS is mapping software from Esri. It has nothing to do with Arc Browser. Do not confuse the two.
“Adding Chinese will make every website Chinese.”
Websites must support Chinese themselves. Arc only tells them your language preference; it cannot translate site content automatically.

Since Arc does not offer a full Chinese UI, webpage translation is the next best thing for reading foreign content.
Auto prompt
When you visit a non-Chinese page, Arc may show a Translate button based on your language preferences.
Right-click translate (macOS)
On Mac, right-click the page and choose Translate from the context menu when available.
Turn off auto-translate
Go to arc://settings → Languages → Google Translate to disable frequent translation prompts.
